While we cover all areas of Southwest Florida, from Cape Coral to Marco Island, and have agents who specialize in each particular town, the vast majority of our business is in Naples. In particular, Coastal Naples.

Do you offer virtual showings?

While nothing quite beats seeing a home in person, we recognize that's not always possible given your busy schedule. With the market moving as fast as it is, virtual showings over Face Time or Zoom have become a bigger tool in our tool belt to ensure you're first in the door to see a new listing.

What will my closing costs be?

This varies depending on a variety of factors, but in general, you'll be responsible for title insurance, attorney fees, lender fees. Commissions are paid by the seller. In Lee County, sellers typically pay title insurance. Contact us today for a more detailed breakdown depending on your specifics.

What are property taxes?

Your property taxes will reset upon closing to reflect the new purchase price. In Lee County, property taxes are roughly 1.4% of the purchase price, whereas in Collier, they're roughly 1.25%. Always be sure to seek the guidance of your accountant regarding tax questions.
