Suppose we had a client who wasn’t particularly tech savvy, so they emailed me asking how to view the price history and HOA fees for a particular property I had sent them.

Send me an email as though you were replying to them. In it, explain how to find the price history and HOA fees. We have our own systems for sending properties, but for this exercise, just pretend you were trying to show them how to do this on Zillow.

 
Hint: I’m looking for easy to follow, visual directions using screenshots, a screen recording, or something similar.
