Alex grew up surrounded by real estate. His mom being a full-time Realtor® since before he was born, he always had a front row seat to how the market worked. As his parents started flipping homes, he got the chance to learn the investing side of the business.
When he moved to Chicago for a few years, Alex decided to put that investing knowledge to use by buying and renovating a "Landmark" building in the historic Wicker Park neighborhood. That project turned out to be the foundation from which a prolific investing career was born.
Now having been involved in over $100M in transactions, Alex is always looking for the next investment and recently established Owens Home Advisors, which provides homeowners with cash offers within 24 hours.

As Alex's business grew, he knew he could no longer do it all himself. That's when he decided to start building a team of agents who could help provide his clients with the same level of service he knew they deserved.
Growing from just Alex to nearly 10 agents in less than a year, The Alex Owens Team is one of the fastest growing real estate teams in Southwest Florida. To date, they've helped with over $75,000,000 in transactions.

Alex always knew he wanted to give back in a big way, but struggled to find a charitable effort he felt particularly connected to. But when he learned about an organization called, Sell A Home, Save A Child, and especially their work around orphanages, he was immediately drawn. That's because he himself is adopted.
As he learned more about the program, it became a no-brainer and he quickly began contributing. Now donating thousands of dollars each year and supporting numerous children, The Alex Owens Team aims to become one of the largest contributors to the organization.
