Frequently Asked Questions

How quickly can you get my home on the market?

We're flexible. Once we've prepared your home (which typically only takes a day or two of sprucing up), we can get the photographer in to work his magic. Once we receive the photos and videos back, we're ready to go live. In a perfect world, we would use a few extra days from the time we receive the photos to prepare our various marketing materials, but if you're in a time crunch, we can go live as soon as we get the photos.

Do I have to do open houses?

While open houses are definitely an effective tool in our tool belt, we don't require them. We also do our best to coordinate showings back to back so that you don't have to leave the house more than necessary.

What will my closing costs be?

Your main closing costs will be Documentary Stamp taxes (charged by the state), attorney fees (typically fairly negligible) and commissions. In Lee County, the seller typically pays for title insurance, although that is negotiable. For a more detailed breakdown of your costs, get in touch today!

Will you be present at showings?

Because Alex has built such a large team, we almost always have someone available to be present at every showing. In the rare cases we cannot be present, we'll either request a different showing time from the buyer, or, only with your permission, show the home via lockbox so that we don't miss out on a potential offer.
